These terms apply to your use of Snap Notes ("the app"), published by Duotech ("we", "us"). By installing or using the app, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Using the app

The app stores details you choose to save and lets you copy them into other apps from a floating bubble. It is free to use, with optional paid plans (Plus and Pro). You may use it for your own personal or work purposes.

You agree not to:

• copy, modify, resell or redistribute the app;
• reverse-engineer it or bypass its purchase checks, except where the law allows;
• use it to break any law, or to store information you have no right to hold.

Your information

You are responsible for what you save and where you paste it. The app keeps your details encrypted on your phone, but no app can protect information on a device that is lost, unlocked or shared, so use App lock and your phone's screen lock. Please don't store card PINs or passwords in the app.

If you lose your phone, uninstall the app or forget a backup password, we cannot recover your details: we never receive a copy of them.

Plus and Pro

Plus is a one-time purchase. Pro is a subscription (monthly or yearly) or a one-time lifetime purchase. Both are bought through Google Play and tied to your Google account: use Restore purchase in the app after reinstalling or on a new phone. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in Google Play; when a subscription ends, Pro features stop and your data stays as it is. Refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policy.

Free users can choose to watch an ad to use one extra profile for 3 days at a time. If that time runs out, the extra profile is paused (kept, read-only) until another ad or an upgrade. We never delete it.

Availability and changes

We may update the app to fix problems, follow Android or Google Play rules, or improve it. Android versions and phone makers can change how floating apps behave; we'll try to keep the bubble working but can't guarantee it on every device.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from its use, including a detail copied or pasted into the wrong place, or data lost with your device.
